On May 21, Ngoe was awarded the Global Corporate Law Project Award, distinguishing him as Kenya’s most outstanding legal expert in the field of corporate law and business dealings.
Reflecting on the accolade, Ngoe emphasised that his success stems from his commitment to resolving disputes within business entities and corporate transactions, as well as combating corruption and financial loss through effective legal frameworks.
“Corporate law isn’t just about resolving disputes and minimising losses—it’s also about building lasting legal structures that support business growth, investor trust, and collaboration among stakeholders,” he remarked.
The award recognised Ngoe’s efforts to promote dialogue, inclusivity, and cooperation with international partners, organisations, and governments aimed at enhancing trade and investment ecosystems.
Ngoe attributes his approach to empathy, active listening, and the creation of safe spaces where meaningful discussions and partnerships can flourish.
“The evaluation for this award was extensive, focusing on my ability to navigate complex business challenges and foster enduring peace and transparency, qualities that are essential for traders, investors, corporates, and business collaborators,” he added
