Speaking at the relaunch, James Karanja, Managing Director of Ropem Telcom, said the store redesign reflects the company’s focus on customer convenience and affordability.
“Our mission has always been to make technology accessible, genuine, and affordable. Soon, we’ll launch our exclusive device financing option that will allow Nakuru residents to acquire the latest smartphones with zero upfront payment and flexible instalment plans,” Karanja announced.
